P&G and Tambrands File Lawsuit Against Look-Alike Tampon

The Procter & Gamble Company and Tambrands, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, has filed a lawsuit for trademark and trade dress infringement and unfair competition against First Quality Hygienics, a private label manufacturer.
